Returns & Exchanges

At The Little Village Play Cafe, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a retail item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that cafe food items and play session bookings are non-refundable.

  Contact Our Team

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the original receipt and clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the outside of the box before mailing it back to us.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping costs.
